We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear on the Website. PURCHASES

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate order/purchase/account information for all purchases made at our Website. You agree to promptly update your information, including your e-mail address, credit card numbers, and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
By making a purchase through joytat.com, you understand and agree that we may share information about you and your transaction with other companies for the purpose of processing your transaction, vendor direct shipping, credit card authorization, fraud prevention, and other services directly related to your transaction.
CANCEL / EXCHANGE / REFUND
Please contact us immediately if you have made a mistake with your order (wrong address, etc.). We cannot guarantee that any changes can be made once your order has been placed, but we will do our best to accommodate.
If there is a production mistake, or damage done to your product during shipping, please contact us within 2 weeks of receiving your order so that we can arrange for a replacement product to be sent. We will require a photo of the mistake or damage, a description of the issue, and the order number.
Due to the bespoke nature of our printing and framing process, we are otherwise unable to accept returns or exchanges.
SHIPPING / DELIVERY
Occasionally we run a free shipping promotion. Join our mailing list to stay updated.
Currently we offer shipping using USPS, UPS or DHL by standard ground transport and DHL by air for international orders.
Standard
Within the contiguous United States, shipping is $13.95
For non-contiguous states and other off-shore insular areas of the USA, shipping is $14.95
International
Shipping to countries other than the USA, standard shipping is $14.95 plus 30% of the order total.
Orders that are shipped to countries outside the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs tariffs, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are your (“customer”, “buyer”, or “recipient”) responsibility and will be billed by the delivery company. We have no control over these charges and are unable to estimate them. Tariffs and taxes are neither collected nor included in your price calculation at the time of your order. For an estimate of these fees, which vary by region, please contact the customs office in your area.
Non-delivery
If you refuse delivery of an item after it reaches its final shipping destination, if you refuse to pay tariffs and taxes, or if you are unavailable for delivery after a certain number of attempts, you will be responsible for any import tariffs, taxes, shipping and or handling fees incurred to send the shipment back to us in the United States, as well as any restocking fees that may be applicable.
Time Frame
As products are made-to-order, production time is typically 4 to 5 business days.
Delivery to the contiguous United States generally takes another 5 business days, but may take up to 12 business days.
Outside of the USA, delivery usually takes 1-3 weeks, though delivery may take up to a month. Tracking is added to your order when the shipping carrier scans the shipping label. Unfortunately, not all tracking events are recorded when shipping internationally, and this may cause a package to appear stalled at a place/event (like border entry).
There are some factors beyond our control that may extend the delivery window, including but not limited to:
packages being handled by multiple carriers, including hand-off to local post offices;
inclement weather along the delivery route;
failed delivery attempts for incomplete or inaccessible addresses;
local customs department processing time.
EXPECT DELAYS DUE TO THE CURRENT PANDEMIC
Carriers are reporting a higher than average number of shipments to process worldwide, handled by, in some cases, less employees. This has resulted in increased transit times, required re-routing of packages, and delayed tracking updates. Internationally, there are fewer flights and customs backlogs.

Tracking
In addition to your order confirmation e-mail, you will receive another e-mail with a tracking link when your order has shipped.
Please check your e-mail spam folder. If you don’t find these confirmations, contact our customer support: e-mail anytime or use our contact form. We will get back to you within one business day.
Note that tracking links sometimes take 1 to 2 business days to update in our shipping partner’s system. If you have been waiting more than 2 business days and see no information, contact our customer support.
